Anisa's International Day

It’s International Day at school soon, and Anisa has the ingenious idea of bringing Samosas for the special day. But someone else in the class has the same plan and how uncool it is not to have a unique idea… I thoroughly enjoyed “𝗔𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮’𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆”, especially savouring the effortless manner in which Reem has woven together cultural aspects of the protagonist’s life. Perfect for Grades 2 and above, my class kids have already put this book on hold at the public library.
