Papa's Butter Chicken

“𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗮’𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻” is a celebration of the much-loved butter-chicken, father-daughter relationship and sharing food with the wider community. Butter-chicken is a favourite dish of ours and it was pure joy to see this making its way in a children’s book!

A little girl Monica and her father spend time together cooking the special dish. While cooking, Monica’s dad tells her all about how he was introduced to the dish as a child. When Monica and her dad finally finish cooking and are about to start eating, the doorbell rings and in comes the wider community in an impromptu potluck!
